Shared note	Catherine Rooney's husband, Andrew Anthony Majerus, was a sibling to the wife (Elizabeth Majerus) of her own brother, Robert George Rooney. This Majerus family, from Luxembourg and was initially found in the 1920 census in Gully, Polk County, Minnesota, intermarried with the Rooney's in Stearns County (Anthony Andrew Majerus m. Catherine M. Rooney; Elizabeth Majerus m. Robert George Rooney: siblings married siblings). But that another Majerus family starting with John Majerus, born in 1897 in Preston, Iowa, married Olive Mary Flahaven, a granddaughter of Mary Rooney (1837-1905). I can find no evidence that these two Majerus families might be related.
