He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise and Peter Frank; and his grandson, Michael John Frank. Urban is survived by loving wife of 48 years, Lucille (Killeen); daughter, Michelle-Huffman (Craig); son, Mark Frank (Maureen); grandchildren, Lucas Craig, Spencer Frank Huffman, Matthew Michael, Marshall Nicholas, Morgan Victoria Claire, and Mason Urban Frank; sister, Lorraine Schmitz (Ervin); brothers, Wilfred (Mary Ann), Jerome (Evelyn), and Melvin (Del) Frank; and nieces, nephews and friends. A world traveler, he enjoyed fishing, playing cards and dancing and was a retired 30 year employee of IHC. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, located at St. Anthony and Stinson Blvd. with visitation one hour prior in the church atrium. Visitation will also be on Monday at 4 p.m. with prayer vigil 7:30 p.m. at Billman-Hunt Chapel, located at 2701 Central Ave NE in Minneapolis.
