Father Lomer Rooney (May 9, 1946 û November 4, 2016) was the oldest of Charlie's and Christina's 10 children. He was ordained on June 4, 1976 and served mostly in the parishes of Hull, Aylmer, Chelsea and Cantley QC; most notably Our Lady of the Annunciation in Hull. He suffered from diabetes for most of his life, and died from complications on November 4, 2016 at age 70. Fr. Lomer is buried in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery in Kazabazua QC, about 15km north of Martindale.
